Customer Support
We're looking for Customer Support professionals to help shape our user experience, go-to-market, and company culture. Our ideal teammate is one who enjoys company building as much as they enjoy their craft.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers while also analyzing customer data and trends, turn customer thoughts into focused feedback for the product
- Help build out our presence on Discord, Twitter and other channels where our clients exist
- Experiment and try different tactics while working towards finding product market fit
- You’ll have a documentation first mindset where you can take what you do and turn it into a scalable process to teach others.
- Help us design customer feedback metrics to measure customer satisfaction
- Ensure customers have a great onboarding and customer experience through out the entire lifecycle
